Lisa Goliyad
I am a student at the Princeton International School of Math and Science who likes to build things, ask questions, and explore new ideas. My interests span engineering, research, fencing, and the ultimate intersection of software and hardware. I am developing a wireless scoring system for fencing, researching stress data in the Rutgers ECE lab, and helping lead my school’s robotics team. Outside of work, I fence épée competitively, referee and teach younger fencers, and host a STEM podcast where I interview researchers about topics ranging from quantum computing to CRISPR. I also enjoy creating visual art and finding ways to combine technical problem-solving with creativity and curiosity.
